The Cyclones finally assembled to recognize each others contributions and accomplishments for the 2008 season. Through player voting several new Cyclones were awarded. Jane Berry was the team's Most Improved Player, Lauren Hoogstraten was Most Sportsmanlike. Julia Crouch was Most Dedicated and Lindsay Sauer and Karleigh Veevers shared Most Complete Forward honours. Dana Spence was voted the Player's Player and Erika Waite took away both Steadiest Defenceman as well as the team's Most Valuable Player
Head Coach Jack Sauer was also appreciative to top scorer Amanda Young, tenacious forward Megan Hoogstraten and hard working Katie Olechowski. The coach also thanks his asssistant coaches and manager for their contributions to the team's success. The team looks forward to an even more successful 2008/09 season.
