Those Registered with other OWHA teams in 2007/08 must have a
'Permission to Skate' or 'Player Release Form' from their Previous Team.
The Cyclones will consider all players Midget or Older
10.We keep playing costs as low as possible with the team deciding how often we practice and how many tournaments we enter.
9. The Cyclones are a small association WITHOUT a big beauracracy
favouring one team over another.
8. We have a GREAT HOME ARENA that is the envy of our opponents.
